This is a super cute brand new print!  Child wearing the hat is 5 years old and in the full size/ adult hat with the large Black pompom with grey tips. Fabric is a cotton/spandex blend. 

Child Halos and Pompom Hats are recommended for children 0-2/3 years old. Infant is for children 0-6 months. Adult hats can always be folded up for in-between sizes!
